The Muteteli lot shows all the best of a classic Rwandan Bourbon: a lively, clean acidity with notes of apricot, citrus and red berries, transitioning into a sweet aftertaste of honey and caramel. The wet processing highlights the coffee's pure fruit character and silky mouthfeel, while the large beans (screen 15+) give a full and rounded cup.
